Youth Athletic Development Program

In-Season Track and Field Lifting Program

 

This in-season lifting program is designed to complement your track and field training by building the strength, power, and resilience you need to perform at your best. With a focus on explosive movements, injury prevention, and muscular endurance, this program helps athletes unlock their full potential while maintaining peak performance on the track.

Each session is crafted to support the demands of track disciplines, targeting key muscle groups with functional exercises that enhance speed, agility, and power. The program emphasizes multi-joint movements, including squats, deadlifts, and Olympic lifts, to build total body strength and coordination. Through a combination of heavy lifts, dynamic plyometrics, and mobility work, you’ll develop the explosive power required for sprinting, jumping, and throwing, while also building the resilience needed to handle the wear and tear of in-season competition.

Designed for track athletes of all levels, this program balances intensity with recovery, ensuring that strength gains are made without compromising your track performance. Our Youth Baseball/Softball Athletic Development Program is designed to help young athletes develop the physical foundation they need to excel on the field. With a focus on improving strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance, this program is tailored to meet the unique needs of these athletes. Whether your child is just starting out or preparing for higher levels of competition, our program ensures they build the skills and confidence necessary to succeed.

The Ultimate Kids Athletic Program

 

The Ultimate Kids Athletic Camp creates an exciting environment for skill development and building fundamental knowledge of various speed, agility, strength and athletic skills. Once participants acquire the basic skills, we will implement their learnings in engaging games that test their abilities.  

We have designed this camp to allow kids to learn and explore movements, to build skills that transfer to general athleticism and sport performance. It also provides an opportunity to hone life skills . Skills such as perseverance, working hard as well as acknowledging personal responsibility, accepting feedback, working with others, following rules, and exhibiting etiquette.
