Youth Athletic Development Program

Elevate your game with our Athletic Performance Camps, designed to enhance the readiness and performance of athletes across all sports. Our program is built on simple yet effective principles, led by experienced and proven coaches dedicated to helping each athlete reach their full potential. We have collected thousands of points of data and it has been proven that our average athlete over a 16-week span will improve there vertical by 9% and increase their overall strength by 38% .

Each week of our camp is meticulously designed to give you comprehensive exposure to essential athletic skills, ensuring you develop in all key areas:

Session 1 Dates: August 12th – October 10th 2024

Session 2 Dates: October 21st – December 19th 2024

Grades: 6th grade – 12th grade

Days: Monday – Thursday

Times: 4:30pm and 5:30pm (1hr Sessions)

Cost:  Multiple Options

2x/week: $299 (Choose any two days)

The Ultimate Kids Athletic Camp

The Ultimate Kids Athletic Camp creates an exciting environment for skill development and building fundamental knowledge of various speed, agility, strength and athletic skills. Once participants acquire the basic skills, we will implement their learnings in engaging games that test their abilities.  We have designed this camp to allow kids to learn and explore movements, to build skills that transfer to general athleticism and sport performance. It also provides an opportunity to hone life skills . Skills such as perseverance, working hard as well as acknowledging personal responsibility, accepting feedback, working with others, following rules, and exhibiting etiquette.
